Here at ResortQuest Myrtle Beach we couldn't be happier with the overwhelming number of positive responses we have recieved from our guests. We opened our doors in June 2008 and since then this is what our guests have said:
"We really enjoyed it! Everything was very nice, brand new and clean. Loved the shopping and the comfort of the room. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can shop at the nearby grocery store and dine in (walking distance) or just eat out. The restaurants are everything from gourmet pizza to upscale steak. They provide some menus and coupons upon check in. Walk to Movie Theater (stadium seating). We had a washer and dryer in the room and a vacuum left in the closet. So convenient...I loved that! Staff is very responsive. You can book this with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. We are definitely coming back again soon and we have told our friends." "The condo was wonderful! If you are familiar with Atlanta and know of Atlantic Station this is the Atlantic Station of Myrtle Beach! Much, much bang for the buck! Everyone was very friendly... the location is very convenient to everything! The bed was ridiculously comfortable- we will definitely be back! The Piggly Wiggly that is around the corner is not the run down mom and pop store that you would think of- it's like a Whole Foods Fresh market! Just go, don't hesitate, just go!" "I was most impressed with the quality of the resort, inclusive of the room/studio and all of the features and attractions available on site. It was among the best accommodations that I have had the pleasure to visit. Spacious rooms, modern/contemporary furnishing, a wonderful home away from home, and the cleanliness of the property were all most impressive. I recommend this hotel/resort area without any reservations! This is from a most satisfied customer - the site exceeded my expectations!"

"We stayed in a studio apt. above Barnes and Noble and had a great time. ResortQuest provides very clean and well equipped properties and we were not disappointed. Market Common is a great area to shop and relax. The apartment was great. Everything provided at a great online travel website rate."

"We were very pleased with ResortQuest- The Market Common. A home away from home. The staff was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The "village" surrounding the accommodation was nice, complete with piped-in music, adequate security measures, lots of upscale shopping, a movie theater, Barnes and Noble and a convenient Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The room, at over 1,000 sg ft, was comparable to an apartment with a full-sized kitchen and all the appurtenances. The decor was contemporary and upbeat. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. And the whole place, being brand new, was in good condition. Overall, an excellent choice closer to the beach than we even expected, yet a nice place to come home to in the evenings. Do, though, ask for coffee packets ahead of time or purchase it at the Piggly Wiggly which closes at 11 pm."

"Awesome location, innovative design. The condo location and design allowed for a wonderful vacationing experience, and we felt as if we were in a home away from home. Being in the setting of a retail district, walking distance to a movie theater, grocery store, restaurants, and a variety of retail stores was exciting and innovative. Also being only a mile away from the beach was icing on the cake, and the ocean breeze was awesome! The condo was clean, new, and everything worked properly."

"Had a great stay for a very reasonable price. From Briana at the check in counter to the very clean and covienient room with resturants and shops located just steps away this was by far the best vacation I've had in a while. I'd gladly do it again."

"We booked a two bedroom/2 bath unit in the Kensington building at Market Common. The unit was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed (extra linens, plenty of kitchen utemsils, etc.) The location was great. There's plenty of shopping and dining right in the complex. Market Common is clean, well-kept, and has nice walking paths. Our son enjoyed the playgrounds, too. Having a grocery store a mere 2 minute walk from the building was a huge bonus."

"Excellent accommodations. The suite was very large and very clean. It was more than my husband and I expected. Perfect location. We could have stayed longer, if time had permitted. Definitely will stay there again and maybe for a month. We recommend this hotel."

"This property is absolutely wonderful, the accommodations were large and beautiful. The room had everything I needed. The Market Common area was fabulous with all of the shops and a movie theatre as well. Although this property is not located right on the beach, I think it is an even better value and definitely worth the short trip to the ocean! I can't wait to come back!!" "This is the perfect getaway for couples/families or friends looking for a unique experience in Myrtle Beach. Market Common is a lovely and new contemporary development close to the beach, yet perfectly situated in a town setting that provides all the comforts of home. The units are large and have great decor, full kitchens, W/D, and nice balconies or verandas that overlook the Main Street area. Right below my unit was the Barnes and Noble which was perfect for a daily stop into their Starbucks each day. Other shops and restaurants within a blocks reach, including a full grocery store make it very convenient for anything you need while on vacation. I would stay at this location again and would recommend to all my friends and family. " Dana - Orlando, FL (Travelocity Review)
"This hotel was the cleanest most comfortable room I have ever stayed in. I didn't’t want to get out of bed every morning. It felt like home." Rachael - Maryland (Expedia Review)
"The hotel was great. They were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very cozy. The hotel was near alot of attractions that my children and I wanted to visit. It was also located in a square, so there were business and restaurants that we got to visit in the area. The weather was nice and the view was perfect." Anonymous - Savannah, GA (Expedia Review)
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Suites at The Market Common. There are several great restaurants and plenty of shopping in walking distance. The rooms were fabulous; flat screen televisions, walk-in closets, and a washer and dryer in the room. Very clean and spacious with all of the amenities of home. The only negative thing that I could say is that there is no pool but with the beach approximately 1 mile from the property, we didn't mind. Resort Quest also provided us with a pass to a private beach at the SC State Park, which was absolutely beautiful. I do recommend the Suites at The Market Common." Anonymous - Chesapeake, VA
"For those looking for a unique experience and excellent value in an upscale environment, then this is the place for you! While not located directly on the beach, this property is the perfect vacation spot for those seeking new and contemporary accommodations with all the comforts of home, while still being able to enjoy the proximity to all that the beach areas have to offer. The units are large and spotless with awesome decor, and are located in the heart of the Market Common development. It was very nice being able to walk down the street, which is just steps from your unit door to enjoy some wonderful shopping, entertainment and dining. My unit was right above Barnes and Noble, which was great to pop in to every morning for Starbucks, or just to browse the books. I would definitely recommend this property for families, groups of friends on holiday or couples seeking a nice romantic break in Myrtle Beach. I will definitely return." Anonymous - Orlando, FL
"We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Condo. It was beautiful! There was a washer & dryer in the room, which made packing and going home much easier (w/ two young children!). We had access (included in the room rate) to the Myrtle Beach State Park, which was beautiful and not crowded! We have already decided on going back next year (They now offer a "come back club" where for every 3 paid nights, you get 1 free night, for your next stay, as we'll as 10% off next year and 20% off the same year). We are looking forward to coming back year after year!" Hotels.com Guest
"My fiance and I rented one of the studio apartments (condos) at Market Common and we loved our stay! The condos are in the brand new Market Common area of Myrtle Beach and above first floor retail and restaurant space. Stores and restaurants include Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Tommy Bahama, PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch, etc. Our room rate included complimentary admission to the Myrtle Beach State Park and Beach, as well as a few discount cards for merchants in Market Common. The condo had a full kitchen and washer and dryer, so it isn't your typical hotel stay. I would highly recommend this property! In fact, we will probably go back at some point in the future." We had an absolutely wonderful time - Dolly, Hard Rock, lots and lots of fish at the Aquarium, the Palace for Le Cirque, lots and lots of spectacular eating in Myrtle Beach, and I can go on and on. Most of all, we appreciated ResortQuest's excellent hospitality and our beautiful accomodations. We received A+ treatment from the staff at ResortQuest. We usually fly right on by SC on our way down to Disney every year, but won't do so again. The suite was comfortable and you absolutely couldn't beat the price. Thank you again.
